Panduit has always had an interest in the growth and development of its employees. Our philosophy supports the belief that employee’s skills, experience and dedication play a major role in the success of the corporation.

Panduit emphasizes individual initiative. Because of this, employees are encouraged to seek out opportunities for development and advancement. Panduit assists employees in identifying such opportunities through our Internal Posting process.

Panduit’s goal is to provide you with the opportunities and resources to enhance your skills and allow you to grow professionally. At Panduit, career development is not limited to advancement or looking for a different job. It can also mean developing your skills for success through growth in your current job, as well as moving within your current organization. We believe that career development is a responsibility shared by both the company and the employees.

Employees have the opportunity to attend on-site training courses through the Panduit PRIDE (Program of Resources for Individual Development and Enrichment) Program. On-site courses delivered via instructor-led or computer, are offered on a wide variety of subjects, ranging from personal computer skills to advanced management topics. Employees can also attend approved off-site training in the form of seminars, professional certification courses/exams, workshops and conferences.

For longer-range career planning, tuition refund is available. This program is designed to assist employees in achieving their personal career planning objectives through providing financial assistance for completion of educational pursuits that are beneficial to the employee and Panduit.
