Panduit’s co-op program is critical to the company’s success as it helps management identify high-potential prospective employees. The program is designed to provide students with the real world experience necessary to enter the work force with a competitive edge. Co-ops at Panduit work with Panduit professionals on meaningful projects, utilizing a combination of their educational background and personal energy, enthusiasm, and motivation. Co-ops begin their relationship with Panduit as a sophomore or junior in college and continue through graduation. All Panduit Co-op students are provided with competitive compensation based on the number of work sessions spent at Panduit and the student’s year in school. Depending on the length of service, some students are provided with benefits such as vacation and holiday pay. All students share in the benefits of flex-time.
