2. US and Canadian Customers should call the Support Center with all system critical issues, at 866-721-5302 during or after normal business hours. If you reach voice mail, a technical support analyst will contact you within one business day. If you leave voice mail, please include your name, phone number, email address, the product type, and a description of the issue.
3. Customers may also call their local Panduit customer service center, or send email to the technical support email listed above. The advantage is that the local customer service center may speak the language of your locale.
