ARC FLASH HAZARD LABELS COMPLY WITH 2002 NEC ARTICLE 110.16

PANDUIT Corp, Tinley Park, IL, Arc Flash Hazard labels comply with 2002 NEC Article 110.16. This requirement is intended to reduce the likelihood of serious injury or death due to arcing faults to those who work on or near energized electrical equipment.

Two versions of the PANDUIT Arc Flash Hazard labels are available in multiple sizes. The first version communicates the existence of a potential Arc Flash Hazard. The second version includes print-on areas for flash hazard boundary, incident energy available and PPE level. Users can also create standard/required and detailed/recommended custom Arc Flash labels using PAN-MARK Labeling Software for WINDOWS^, standard laser/ink jet printers or the TDP43M Thermal Transfer Desktop Printer, and computer printable labels.
