Tinley Park, IL, January 12, 2007 – PANDUIT® introduces PANZONE® NEMA 4X/IP66 Rated Wireless Access Point Enclosures that ensure protection against environmental conditions such as corrosion, windblown dust and rain, splashing water and hose-directed water.
The universal design of the enclosures allows customization to accommodate most Wireless Access Points including Cisco Aironet^ 1200 and 1300 Series. The fiberglass construction and aluminum mounting plate are conducive to field modifications for quick and easy installation of various Wireless Access Points and antenna configurations. In addition, the enclosures are UL508A Listed and are capable of supporting conventional AC power or Power over Ethernet.
PANDUIT® PANZONE® NEMA 4X/IP66 Rated Wireless Access Point Enclosures include a connectivity accessory kit further simplifying ordering and installation. The enclosures also have provisions for padlocks to provide protection against tampering and theft.
