Our Commitment to Ethical Business

At Panduit, integrity drives everything we do. Our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct guides employees in making ethical decisions, following company policies and laws, and finding support when needed. We hold our business partners to the same high standards through our Supplier Code of Conduct and Business Partner Code of Ethics. Together, we maintain Panduit's worldwide reputation for lawful and ethical conduct—one right decision at a time.

In the event a potential violation is observed pertaining to the Code, our policies, or the law, Panduit employees are expected to report it. We investigate all reports, and if a violation has occurred, we take appropriate disciplinary and/or legal action. Reporting mechanisms include talking directly with a manager, human resources, the Chief Compliance Officer, or via telephone or by filing an online report at Panduit Integrity Line.
