Nylon 612 Cable Ties
Nylon 612 cable ties resist degradation from UV exposure up to 10 times longer than standard black ties and have great environmental durability, standing up to the long-term effects of changing temperatures, humidity, and chemical exposure. With an anticipated outdoor life expectancy of over 20 years, we confidently back them through our 20-year Solar Warranty program.
Solar Drain Clips
Solar Drain Clip enhances drainage by directing water off the panel surface, minimizing residue buildup and reducing the need for frequent cleaning. By keeping a clean panel surface, it helps to maintain consistent energy generation and prolongs the system's efficiency.
Stainless Wire Hangers
Wire Hangers allow installers to quickly secure string bundles along solar arrays without tools, using the predrilled holes in PV modules. They can be pre-hung, then filled and clipped closed as you go to hold wires in place. We confidently back them through our 20-year Solar Warranty.
No-Drill Lay-in Lugs
Lay-in lugs are the preferred method to bond and ground solar components over long distances. This version attaches securely to an I-Beam or metal frame with a hex bolt set screw, designed to penetrate the surface for reliable electrical contact and eliminate the need for a mounting hole. Once installed, simply drop in a continuous aluminum or copper conductor and fasten with the other setscrew. Meets UL 467 and UL 2703.
Pre-Printed Solar Labels
Not all solar labels are created equal. Ours are printed on a super durable material designed to provide 7-10 years of life under intense UV. These convenient peel-and-stick labels are just one component of our extensive identification offering. Complies to NEC2020 and UL standards.
Compression Grounding
Compression Grounding Connectors simplify the process of creating a high-quality electrical bond in the field. No need to deal with exothermic welding kits that can be hard to handle in windy or wet conditions. Just select the right Blackfin tool and die to create a UL certified bond in moments.
Cable Cleats
Cable Cleats secure and manage the large cables necessary at the end of the DC distribution chain to supply power to and from inverters and battery storage. In the event of a short circuit fault, cleats keep cables contained to prevent harm to people and property. Tested to IEC 61914, the latest globally recognized testing standard.
