High-Speed UraProtect™ Tube

The fastest way to protect long runs of seafloor cable or pipe in areas requiring abrasion and impact protection. The geared half-shell design and integrated fasteners automate much of the installation process, even eliminating the need to install metal banding. Deploys up to 4x faster than industry standard, with less than half the installation crew on board. Lightweight components are easy to handle, with superb hydrolysis resistance for long-term durability.

Single, vertebrae-like component that links with others to protect cable from overbending

UraProtect™ Bend Restrictor

Prevents over-bending of lines and cables, which is useful for providing support over free spans, obstacles, and existing pipeline crossings. Made from a material denser than seawater to minimize added stress on cables. An interlocking vertebrae design ensures rapid assembly, and it can be customized for cable size and bend radius according to project specifications.

UraProtect™ Ballast Module

For scenarios where additional seabed stability is desired, UraProtect Ballast Modules can be combined with Bend Restrictor segments for a submerged weight of 25kg per meter, with a minimum bend radius of 4.8m. Featuring internal steel ingot clamps and a titanium band and buckle set for long term corrosion-free performance. All within a maximum outer diameter of 400mm.

UraProtect™ Bend Stiffener

Designed to protect cables or umbilicals from excessive bending stress at the point of connection to a rigid structure, Panduit Bend Stiffeners can be used in static or dynamic applications to add local stiffness. Specially formulated UraProtect is used to enhance fatigue properties and ensure long-term reliability in dynamic offshore applications.

J-Tube Seal

Panduit J-Tube Seals provide a dependable solution for sealing the interface between the incoming cable or pipe and J-Tube inlet for long term corrosion resistance. The split-shell design allows for easy installation after the cable or umbilical is terminated. A host line can be attached to integral clamps on the seal to pull it into the J-Tube and create a secure seal without the need for divers.
