Diversity & Inclusion: A Winning Combination

Innovation comes from individuals who think differently, explore without limits, and use life experiences to provide their perspective.

Panduit Celebrates International Women's Day

Imagine a gender-equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women's equality. Collectively we can all #InspireInclusion.

Panduit collaborates with our customers and partners to solve their toughest infrastructure challenges. This requires innovative thinking nurtured from a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging. We work toward a connected world, leveraging each person’s unique background and experience, knowing an inclusive culture is critical to our vision and mission.

CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ aims to rally the business community to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. The CEO pledge outlines a specific set of actions the signatory CEOs will take to cultivate a trusting environment where all ideas are welcomed, and employees feel comfortable and empowered to have discussions about diversity and inclusion. Panduit employees have had the opportunity recently to engage in conversations around topics such as managing our unconscious bias and demonstrating Allyship.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Panduit is proud to support our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that provide a close network of belonging and enhance personal and professional development. The ERGs are organized around shared and diverse identities, affinities, and inclusiveness, and are open to allies to become members.
