Panduit Completes Divestiture of Its Atlona Product Portfolio

TINLEY PARK, Ill. — (June 30, 2025) — Panduit®, a global leader in electrical and network infrastructure solutions, announced today the completion of its divestiture of the company’s Atlona™ product portfolio to Hall Technologies, a global leader in Pro AV innovation and advanced signal management solutions. The transaction supports Panduit’s broader strategy of maximizing growth by focusing its resources on its core electrical, data center, and enterprise businesses. The financial terms of the divestiture were not disclosed.
