High Voltage EV Cable Clamps
Specifically engineered to manage and secure high voltage battery cable installations in heavy-duty electric vehicles. Installs seamlessly, with compressible rubber inserts safeguarding the delicate outer insulation layer from damage while allowing some movement to simplify manufacturing. Three sizes available, accommodating cables from 11-23mm.
Corrugated Loom Clamps
Secure and route electrical cables, hydraulic, or pneumatic hoses in heavy-duty vehicle applications. Clamps easily mount to a frame rail and the internal ribs ensure secure contact with corrugated loom tubing. One, two, or three position versions available with sizes accommodating CLT from 5/8 to 1”.
Pan-Lug™ Compression Power Lugs
Speed vehicle assembly with easy-to-install power connectors. Generously beveled wire entry prevents bent back strands when inserting the conductor into the barrel, and an inspection window allows visual confirmation of full insertion to ensure long-term quality.
Damp-Shrink™ Heat Shrink
Protect against moisture with this thin-walled heat shrink, featuring an adhesive lined inner wall that seals to create a reliable barrier. Perfect for insulating and protecting wires/cables in outdoor applications. Rated to 600v, with 3:1 shrink ratio, and temp range from -55 to 110C.
Flame-Resistant Corrugated Loom Tube
This orange Corrugated Loom Tubing provides an economical way to identify and manage cables on electric vehicles, with enough flexibility to accommodate tight bends required at termination points. A lengthwise slit makes it easy to install over new or existing bundles of high-voltage cabling. Use with Corrugated Loom Clamps for fast and secure routing.
